West Lebanon, founded in 1830, is the second largest town in Warren County, located just south of State Road 28, about 7.5 miles east of the Illinois border and about 5 miles west of Williamsport (the county seat). West Lebanon has a total area of 0.62 square miles and an approximate population of 723 people.

West Lebanon has 20 businesses and a Carnegie Library (built in 1916) that continues to operate today. Warren Central Elementary School and Seeger Memorial Jr./Sr. High School is located about 1.5 miles north of town.
